Acquisition of Rowlands Recruitment

We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Rowlands Recruitment.  

Rowlands Recruitment has been a cornerstone in Jersey's recruitment sector, offering exceptional services to both clients and candidates. The company's commitment to excellence aligns seamlessly with Rialto's mission to invest in high-performing, owner-managed businesses that contribute positively to the local economy. 

This acquisition represents a strategic addition to our growing portfolio of local businesses, which includes previous acquisitions such as Maillard & Co, Sarre & Co, Signtech & AllSorted.  

Our focus on creating synergistic value through active management continues to drive client focussed innovation, efficiencies and growth across its investments. Rowlands represents the first investment into our People & HR pillar which we will focus on growing throughout 2025 and beyond. 

Jeralie Pallot, who previously owned Rowlands Recruitment, has rejoined the business in the position of Non-Executive Director, providing strategic guidance and supporting high-level recruitment.  Jeralie's involvement ensures continuity and leverages her extensive experience in the industry. 

Whilst the Rowlands team will remain with the business, Georgina Moehle, will step down as Managing Director.
