Oliver Mourant | Partner
Oliver has over 22 years’ experience in the international finance sector.
Oliver was co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Enhance Group, a JFSC licensed and regulated investment consultancy business providing advisory services to high net worth individuals, trusts and family offices.
Enhance Group also pioneered a specialist FinTech’ investment performance and risk reporting service used across the globe. During his tenure with Enhance Group, Oliver co-founded the STEP Managed Portfolio Indices to deliver benchmarking for discretionary portfolios across currencies and risk strategies.
More recently, Oliver was Chief Operating Office and Compliance Officer for Real Asset Management Group, based in Sydney which manages real estate property funds, specialist funds within the retail, commercial and medical sector together with a Venture Capital fund with over AUD$1BN AUM.
Luke Smith FCA | Partner
With over 24 years’ experience in accounting, finance, and business evolution Luke acts as an advisor to the boards of over 30 owner-managed businesses in Jersey with turnovers of £1M+.
Luke qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002 with Big-4 firm KPMG and later, after a successful career as Finance Director to a £40M turnover multi-jurisdiction offshore administration business founded Purpose, an award-winning consultancy and accountancy enterprise.
He has advised in over 1,000 board meetings across over 50 industries and spends a great deal of his time reading and researching business theory and technological innovations to help owner-managers grow the value of their businesses and, ultimately, sell out. He regularly performs small business valuations and has an unblemished record in relation to giving expert testimony in the Royal Court in Jersey.
John Pirouet | Head of Growth
With vast experience within the financial services and real estate sectors spanning 25 years, John has been appointed as Head of Growth to further strengthen the client relationships that we have forged so far and assist in fostering new ones.
Previously Managing Director at Rialto portfolio company Maillard & Co, and prior to that Group CEO and Head of Growth for a Fund and Corporate Service Provider. John was a Director on a listed Real Estate Investment Trust that owns commercial properties in London with a value in excess of £2bn and has also acted for several large-scale clients including Middle-Eastern & US Sovereign Wealth Funds, and an Institutional German Real Estate Fund.
Helen Tostevin | Operations + Governance
Helen has over 20 years’ experience in the international finance sector. Her career spans a number of senior roles with HSBC and RBS Group across asset management, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and most recently corporate treasury risk and liquidity management.
Helen has led a number of deals providing leveraged syndicated finance to a portfolio of top tier Institutional funds and Corporates bringing strong technical abilities and invaluable industry knowledge.
A lover of detail and data, Helen also describes herself as conservative in terms of financial risk and confident in handling it.
Helen is a qualified member of the Chartered Banker Institute and Association of Corporate Treasurers.
