We are delighted to welcome Martine Osmond to the team. 

Martine is a highly experienced HR and operations professional within the Offshore Finance sector, specialising in HR, recruitment business partnering and core business operations.

Martine’s career spans Operations, Private Banking and Corporate and Institutional Services, with a clear passion for customer service and working with and developing people.

The transition from finance to HR flowed naturally and has seen Martine partnering with businesses to provide specialist HR services across multiple jurisdictions within the finance sector, focusing on the delivery of cost saving activities.

Martine is an Assoc member of CIPD and an acting member of the CIPD Jersey Branch.
